Level 1
• Clean device and visually inspect for damages.
• Verify device for operation and accuracy.
• Replace external components if required.
• Move to Level 2 repair if there is internal damage due to broken connector/window.
• Warranty: 90 days from receipt of device by customer.
Level 2
• All level 1 services.
• Replace internal components as required.
• Upgrade laser diode from NIR to visible 655nm
• Modification of range and/or standoff.
• Warranty: Limited 1-year warranty from receipt of device by customer.
